With a background as both a receptionist and licensed pharmacy technician, she understands the importance of exceptional patient care and clear communication.
Liz enjoys being the connection between patients and providers, helping ensure each visit is smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. Whether she’s greeting patients, answering questions, or coordinating care behind the scenes, she is committed to making every interaction a positive one.
As the newest member of the BodyBarMD family, Liz is excited to continue learning, growing, and helping patients feel supported throughout their wellness journey. She is proud to be part of a team that is dedicated to improving lives through personalized, compassionate care.
Outside of work, Liz enjoys spending time with her two boys and embracing the outdoors whenever she can. She loves gardening, sewing, baking homemade sourdough bread, and hiking. Whether she’s creating something from scratch or exploring nature with her family, Liz values the simple moments that bring joy and balance to everyday life.
