Removing your outermost layer of skin will result in some slight tenderness and redness, similar to a sunburn, for just a couple of days. Be sure to avoid any activities that could give you an actual sunburn following your treatment! Ultraviolet radiation can damage the newly sensitive skin. Otherwise, feel free to get to doing whatever it is you’d like to be doing. Just remember to drink water while you do it! After laser skin resurfacing, your skin will likely feel dry while it’s healing, so you’ll want to ensure it gets the hydration it needs.
